We want you to love your Handogenix Smart Hand Massager. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

  1. Return Eligibility
    We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided:
    The item is in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging and accessories included
    You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)
    The item was purchased directly from handogenix.com
    Items that do not qualify for a return:
    Items returned after the 30-day window
    Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect
    Items missing original packaging or accessories

Items purchased through a third-party retailer (please contact that retailer directly)

  1. Defective or Damaged Items
    If your massager arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at dphillips@donovanph.com with:
    Your order number
    A description of the issue
    Clear photos of the defect or damage

We’ll make it right, either with a replacement or a full refund, at our discretion.

  1. How to Start a Return
    Email dphillips@donovanph.com with your order number and reason for return
    We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address
    Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method, we recommend keeping the tracking number
    Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

  1. Refunds
    Once your return is received and approved:
    Refunds are issued to your original payment method
    Processing time is 5–7 business days after we receive the item
    Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

  1. Return Shipping Costs
    If the return is due to a defect or our error, we’ll cover return shipping
    For all other returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

We currently ship to the United States only. Returns must be shipped from within the US.

  1. Exchanges

We currently offer a single product, so we do not process exchanges. If you’d like a replacement due to a defect, please see Section 3.

  1. Cancellations
    Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it under this policy after delivery.
